Upon reaching adulthood at age thirteen followed by several years of survival skill and forest husbandry training, Daffodil set out from the Skatay foothills in search of his fathering parent. A parent said to be a green-haired Viera of middling height and unusual beauty.His first stop westward was Gridania where he furthered his expertise with the bow and found he enjoyed life in the sprawling forest town, but rumors reached him that "Maiwyn" was frequently seen in Limsa Lomina when not at his home in the Empyreum.And so, Daffodil set out on a new path on his journey, and arriving in the bustling port city, it wasn't difficult to find and introduce himself to his begetter. Daffodil was invited to stay at the company estate, while getting to know Maiwyn better. Thus, onward to Empyreum!
